10 Minute Practice Routine

After you have familiarized yourself with all of the patterns shown in the six exercises, set your metronome at 60 bpm and work through the following practice routine. During this routine you will alternate all of the exercises with exercise number one. The first seven passes are recording on the audio portion of this lesson.
